On this website I intend to have a sensible look at the paranormal.
I like to be open minded but no not so much so that my brains fall out !
I can't really say that I am a skeptic,I am more acurately an agnostic.
The humanist in me tells me that once we die then that is it.We cease to exist.All activity
in our brains stops and we are no longer concious .It makes scientific sense and all scientific evidence
available at the moment seems to support this idea.
However, occasionally ,things happen that make me question that rational voice inside me
and send a shiver down my spine.
Some occurences are so strange that they simply defy current scientific knowledge.Now,I am not saying that
all unusual occurences are 'paranormal' but I do think that some things that happen just cannot be explained.
Perhaps many of these things will be explained in the future by science and may turn out
to be perfectly normal and in keeping with the laws of physics.
Who knows? A mystery or a spooky story makes life more interesting.
